Our Liaison Officers
Since returning to work after Christmas, the liaison officers – Amy, Kate and Jules - have been busy getting in touch with a range of stakeholders.
Several meetings have taken place and are being planned with the fisheries sector. Amy and Jules met with the Orford and District Fishermen’s Association in Orford on 8th February, and with the Essex Wildlife Trust and the Blackwater Oystermen on 11th February to learn about their activities and listen to their concerns. On 24th February, Amy and Jules will be shown around the Kent and Essex Sea Fisheries Committee district, and will meet fishermen and learn about issues in the area.
